You may view and print pages for your own use when dealing with us. You may not copy, republish or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

2. Name, logo and seal

The name “Align Industries”, the Align “A” logo and the round “Quality Assured” seal are the identity of Align Industries. They may not be used on any product, packing, document or website without our written permission. Any carton, label or document carrying our seal that did not come from our Devashray Industrial Park factory should be reported to us.

3. Products, prices & information

• Product photos and descriptions are for general reference. Actual parts may vary in colour, finish or make.
• Specifications, availability and prices can change without notice. The final price, delivery and warranty are only as written in our quotation or tax invoice.
• Third-party brand names (drives, PLCs, bearings etc.) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility or supply.

4. Billing software

The Align billing software offered for download is © Align Industries. It is licensed to you for use in your own business, not sold. You may not resell, copy for others, or reverse-engineer it. Trial and paid-licence conditions are as communicated at the time of download or purchase. Please keep backups of your data.

5. Liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Align Industries is not responsible for losses caused by relying only on website information without a written quotation or confirmation from us.

6. Links

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other sites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
