How Align Industries handles the information you share with us through this website.

1. What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store your details on our server. We only receive information that you choose to send us:

• Enquiry and quote messages you send through WhatsApp (your name, phone number, company and requirement).
• Details you type into the billing-software download form, which open as a WhatsApp or email message to us.
• Emails you send to info@alignindustries.in, including CVs for careers.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, supply parts and services, and provide software support.
• To keep records needed for invoices, GST and accounts.
• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

3. Third-party services

Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, and the map loads from Google Maps only when you click it.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and customer records are kept as long as needed for business, legal and tax purposes. CVs are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details by calling or emailing us using the contact details below. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) where it applies.

7. Beware of fraud
